These boards may be moderated by certain individuals who have been approved by the Organization in this case approves by the administrators of clan-webmasters.

Where a board is moderated, it is clearly marked in that way. The group of moderators are listed, in an open group.

Where moderation has taken place, it will be visable that a post has been moderated: moderators are asked to insert a [Moderated by: $name] and where possible, to explain why such moderation has taken place.

Moderation is arbitrary, and no disccussion need take place as to why the Mods have had to step in.

Examples of unacceptable actions include (but, by no means complete):

o Breach of Copyright

o Actions which may bring the organization into disrepute (but note, criticisms of us are tollerated

o Comments where, having taken legal advice, it would be prudent to remove

o theft

o Hacking nor taking one of our premium themes/styles



In short, we want people to be able to post, but would remind them of copyright, defamation, civility and, preferably, to attack policies, not the policy makers.

If any of our premium theme/templates are breached attempted and their copyright footer has been removed, we will take legal action's.

I've come up with some forums rules you might endure upon!.

The Main Purposes of these Forums

a) Clan development and features
Providing an informal space for visitors to get information about clans and other group associated development schemes.
c.)Introduce web development and help develop websites for certified groups.



Specific rules for each main forums are listed in a similar Announcement within that forum. Short descriptions of the topics they cover are in the Index of forums.

The following material is likely to be moderated:


Offensive language & trolling (provocation);
Libel: potentially libellous or defamatory allegations of any kind against any person or organisation;
Infringement of copyright;
theft of premium templates
Persistent offenders



Introduction
These forum rules are in place to make sure the forums stay's in order, and nobody's account is compromised. They're also here to prevent anybody from feeling "insulted" or anything relating to that.

Account Rules
o The sharing of a forum account is strictly forbidden! You may not give your password to any third-party! This will result in your account being locked.

o You may not use any hateful words, phrases, statements, or images in your signature, avatar, username, or personal text. The material will be removed, edited, or deleted (username).

o You may not abuse the "reputation" (karma) system. This includes, mass team editing (planning out multiple users to negatively rep somebody). Those who partake in an event like this, will be temporarily suspended, or have there posting or REP rights removed.

o You may not share you subscription account with anyone or any third party user.

Posting Rules
When posting, you must bear in mind that others users on this forum WILL read your post, and some may be insulted by what you say. So NO racism is allowed. Swearing is allowed, but try to keep it to a minimum with the least offensive words. Examples of what are allowed are "fuck, damn, shit, ass, shloop, arse," and any other words that don't really refer to a sexuality, or race. Words that will NOT be tolerated are, and remember, i'm only saying these for the sole purpose of identifying words that CAN'T be used. "pussy, dick, cock," and any other words that refer to a specific race. You know which one's i'm talking about. What is spam?

Signature Rules
Your signature may not contain more then two URL's. May not advertise "prices" or "services". May not be "sold" or "rented out". And may contain up-to two images, the size of my signature, or multiple small signatures, IE. (userbars, small animated GIF's,) the works. The final decision on whether a signature is acceptable or not is at the sole discretion of forum administrators and moderators.

Spam Rules
Do not use the forums to ask for services/products or to offer your services/products to others, unless otherwise stated in specific forums. Any posts, must be on-topic and must not be a useless post. Remember the saying "A forum post should be like a skirt, long enough to cover the subject material, but short enough to keep things interesting."

Legal Rules
Please do not post anything unlawful, libelous, defamatory, or that infringes upon any intellectual property rights. Do not conduct any activity that may be illegal, or harmful in any way, to people, to software or hardware, such as hacking, flooding scripts, viruses or Trojan horses. This includes Warez.

I just wanted to take the time to introduce myself to the forum and explain a little bit about what I do.


what can I say about myself that most of you don't already know?

I'm 18 (yes I know it's in my profile - shut up and read, you clicked on the thread)
I have worked for some major forums, and have helped develop some forums in the menutative way.
My name is Chris known as the UlTiMaTe_CrEeD,darkrounge and prisoner of war! . I live in The UK,
In my spare time that is not involved blowing holes in you guys heads on call of duty 4 and gears of war 2,
I attend college and have a full-time job.
Besides college and work, I enjoy to the play intramural football and crosscountry here in the UK.



As you can see my three lifelong passions have been football and cross country and playing on the Pc.
Now I've moved on to my fourth passion, learning to read and speak Greek!

I've recently been working on a two year shift in collage(to do a full expanded course upon electricians)

I've graduated collage with a degree in electricians(utterly pointless, never major in this) and now it's time to get going back at work!

I'm currently working on my battlefield 2142 server (Ranked)

I am very happy to have found clan-webmasters. From the looks of things, the site and its community Is most certainly one of the most interesting
community's I have seen by far. (besides hackforums)
