how fast you're clan grows? i mean the memberships..is it globally?

Not really. I usually got local people to join my clan. There are some foreigners that join my previous clans when they liked it. Some foreigners found out about it by just stumbling in my site. Some just discovered it when they made searches similar and related to my site.
