Should clans have an age restriction? How old should players be? Would you want to play with a mature six year old?


Personally, I've never had age restrictions, although I always had a suggest age of about 13. I have seen some younger kids who do act mature, and I've have had a great time playing with them. They're usually pretty funny to talk to on VOIP. (Voice Over IP)

I don't think so. I don't know to others but I wouldn't want to put an age restriction to my clan. It would also be like spoiling their fun when they really want to join your clan. Besides, kids are great gamers too despite their age. And what good will it do? Kids who wants to join clans means they understand what it is and what's being done there. That alone I think is already a natural restriction for kids. That's just me though.

well i think 13 years and above is a good age for the youngsters to be a member of this clan..its such a nice feeling chatting to them and hearing their reviews on a specific game that they like playing..or maybe we can get some good tips from them..some kids are smarter i guess..

I think 6 years old is alright, as you said, a 6 years old mature anyway which means the child can play. Its not like because the of age people can't play right? Besides, who knows, maybe those kids that would join our clans would also learn a lot of things from their seniors, right?

I don't think clans should have an age restriction. Once a child knows how to play then its the same as having a mature player because there really isn't any much difference with a mature player and a child when they're playing the same game. What I think we should have is age restriction for site mature content.

For me age doesn't matter as long as he understands what he is into. And mature enough to talk with the other clan members...And its up to us elders to watch carefully our languages when we are talking with them.

We always have to put in mind that we are in the clan to share ideas and to have fun with other gamers no matter how young or old are we..
