Once you've created your website, you need a way to put that website on your website's online server. We use a protocol called FTP (File Transfer Protocol) - You need a special program to do this.
If you use Firefox, I would highly recommend FireFTP, it's free, it's fast, and it's probably the best FTP program I've ever used. You can download it from the Firefox addons website.
If you don't use Firefox, my other recommendations are Smart FTP and IPSwitch. Smart FTP is free, but IPSwitch costs money. I personally use IPSwitch becuase of some extra advanced features, the support, and becuase it was my first FTP program.
Your other option is to use an online alternative. Google "Online FTP" for some online programs. My favorite is net2ftp (should be the first result).
I hope this post helped you guys, if you have any questions or suggestions, please post them!
